What is the ITtT the ITtT is an international conference that brings AIESECers from all over the world to develop their training skills to become great Facis.

OCVP Communication JD the OCVP Communication main functions are: -Guarantee a successful communication between the OC and the
delegates
-Establish an attractive promotion strategy for the event -Contact and manage the media -Prepare all the advertising materials (design ,posts ,videos booklet ‌) -Assure a good media cover -Launch the different promotional campaign -Prepare all the communication material needs by the team. -Send the communication reports to the OCP.
OCVP External Relation JD the OCVP ER main functions are: - Establish a successful a sponsorship strategy in order to the sustainability
of the event.
- Assure the best venue for the event. - Assure the different kind of resources - Manage the financial resources - Ensure and deliver the logistical needs during the conference. - Send the ER reports to the OCP.
OCVP Delegates Servicing JD the OCVP ER main functions are: - Establish a good communication with delegates - Assure good experience for delegates and their needs. - Prepare all the material needed for the visa process - Guarantee a good follow up for the delegates - Make a plan for special delegates conditions (food allergies ..) and ensure
their wealth.

- Send the DS reports to the OCP.
Agenda Manager JD the OCVP ER main functions are: - Establish a good Agenda for the conference - Select the Faci team. - Supervise the sessions preparation - Corporate wit the facis of each session needs - Assure the respect of the Agenda during the conference. - Assure all the logistics needs in the conference (materials ,
audiovisuals, check in ‌‌
