ACT 250 NOTICE MINOR APPLICATION #4C0824-5C 10 V.S.A. §§ 6001 - 6093 On May 14, 2019, Rice Lumber Company, Inc. and Rice Realty, Inc., 4088 Shelburne Road, Shelburne, VT 05482 filed application #4C0824-5C for a project generally described as the modification of the previously approved access roadway to direct residential traffic away from the Lot 2 retail area by constructing a new access point from the common portion of Shagbark Lane onto the residential portion of Shagbark Lane. The project is located 4188 Shelburne Road in Shelburne, Vermont. The District #4 Environmental Commission is reviewing this application under Act 250 Rule 51 — Minor Applications. A copy of the application and proposed permit are available for review at the office listed below.
