In 1984, Bill went into the Bicycle Industry. From being a welding engineer to designing a frame around 35 years, he had accummulated abundant experiences and mature technique. In the summer of 2005, to realize his ideal of frame building, Bill decided to establish TONJIN technology Co., Ltd.
