Literatini Literacy Mid-South Photography by Mark Ramirez The 8th annual Literatini cocktail competition, presented by sponsor Marx-Bensdorf Realtors, was held June 11 at Novel in Laurelwood. The fun evening featured cocktail samples from local restaurants, music, a photo booth, snacks and cupcakes. All proceeds from the event support the LMS Adult Learning Program, which connects one-on-one tutors with adults reading below a 6th grade level and/or learning English as a second language. literacymidsouth.org
