Southern Belle Bourbon Punch Bartender, Glenda Hastings 12 ounces Jefferson Reserve “Cabernet Cask Finished” Small Batch bourbon 5 ounces raspberry syrup 4.5 ounces Campari 3 ounces lemon juice 1.5 ounces lime juice 2.5 ounces ginger syrup 16 ounces dry sparkling wine

On August 21st, Napa Cafe will begin a Happier Hour with popular priced wine, cocktails and a champagne bar. They will also offer cheese and charcuterie, small plates, and a snack menu. Happier Hour will be offered Monday - Friday 5:00pm til close. In a glass pitcher, combine bourbon, Campari, raspberry syrup, ginger syrup, and lemon juice. Stir well with some ice. Top with sparkling wine and stir again; add more ice. Garnish with fresh raspberry and spearmint. Serves 8 to 10. August 2017 / 35
