At this point you can accept the default name provided by Access or type your own. Highlight the Query Name and type in Customer Orders, as illustrated.

Click on the Finish button. The Customer Orders query displays the result in table form and the new query can be seen as a new object in the Navigation Pane.

Currently all this query has done is to display information from the Orders table using only the fields chosen as you worked through the wizard. NOTE: By default, Access has already saved the query using the name provided during the wizard process.
