The American Heart Association’s Black Hills Heart Walk educates South Dakotans about the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases and stroke, and what we can do to prevent them. Walkers are engaged in educational activities, entertainment, and healthy snacks as well as a Kids Zone with fun activities for children.
