Managing Director Audata Ltd David Bowen has worked with computers since 1967 and with large volumes of information since 1972. After 24 years in chemical and pharmaceutical research and information management, he built two digital archives for a major pharmaceutical company, and led the project to create their archives and archive management software. Since 1998, he has been a Director of Audata Ltd. He has completed strategic and practical projects for clients in government, international tribunals, charity, finance, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. (Paper and electronic, digital) What is “Security” for Information? - How is it achieved? Why do we keep documents and records? - How do we keep them? (File plans, classifications, metadata) Exercises & Group discussions

You will understand how to manage your information by applying the appropriate levels of security and access to your documents.
