Customer service skills are transferable across sectors and can be applied to many job roles.

First Aid Employers have a responsibility to provide First Aid care on their premises for staff and have a duty of care toward visitors to their premises. They must ensure that First Aid provision is adequate and they have sufficiently qualified First Aiders at all times.
