he Year of the Monkey that we are presently in also contains the theme of “Burning of the Monkey.” This theme is harmful for peace and wealth until February 2017. People who are seeking serenity that leads to clarity must tap into nature at this time. The current Lunar cycle in the state of Yang is full of aggression, distractions and destructions, so those who could be susceptible to the distortions must be smart enough to escape to nature often to heal. The nurturing and calming energy in nature can help release the tension that they may feel. When our body and senses are away from electronics, we can then hear our inner voices and common sense better. The state of oneness with nature that can synchronize our body, mind and spirit is the best defense we have against deception that people often entrap themselves into. To become the best we can be, we need to go back to basics, simplicity and awareness. In the environment the sun can warm our physical state, and the solar energy can dissipate the negative and uncertain energy in people. In particular, for people seeking healing and refreshing, the hours between 5pm and 7pm —the last Rising Sign of the day with the solar energy, is the best time to be in nature or tune into the elements of nature—whether it is a park, landscape garden, plant or flower arrangement. This could help a person unwind from the mind-intensive energy of the day that is part of the state of Yang and transition into the relaxed state of the Yin that would be helpful for more harmonious relationships in their personal life. 102 | 25A

In particular, making regular visits into nature that will enable you to revitalize your senses by flushing out fatigue and bad luck. The healing experience can be created by having the sun penetrate its warmth through your skin, the freshness of the air and breezes caressing you, and finally, taking the breath of life into you. In that moment, you are a complete being where your body, mind and spirit are one. You can feel it in your core, by listening to your body and your soul, so that while you are busy keeping up with the world, you have been blocking out the warning signs and insights.
