Pastor Eddy Guerrier is a native of Pompano Beach Florida, born to Esthere and Joseph Guerrier. He is a graduate of the illustrious Oakwood University, graduating with a B.A. in ministerial theology and later obtaining a Master of Divinity degree with an emphasis in Chaplaincy. While at Oakwood, during his office as OU Theology Forum President, Pastor Eddy’s conviction for affecting change led him and his team to create scholarships for financially challenged theology students, co-create and produce the distinct OU Theology department logo, and establish a mentorship program between OU students and a local Foster Care facility.

He previously served as one of the Southeastern Conference Campus Pastors for Public Universities in Districts 2, 4, and 5, where they were blessed to grow the campus ministry groups from two campuses to 8 campuses in two years. During his time serving as one of the pastors for Public Universities, Pastor Eddy worked with Southeastern Conference Academies throughout Florida, facilitating bible studies, weeks of prayers, baptisms, and building relationships with Adventist and non-Adventist youth where he is still affectionately known as “Pastor Eddy Spaghetti.” His ministerial experience includes conducting evangelism campaigns throughout the South Florida area and preaching the gospel in foreign countries such as Jerusalem, Honduras, and Jamaica.
Currently, Pastor Eddy serves as the lead pastor of Zion Hill and Bethel SDA in North Florida, where through the power of the Holy Spirit, communities are being reintroduced to the

Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is also the Author of his latest book, “Intentional: Living By Design, Not by Default.”
Pastor Eddy is married to the former Stacy Ann Emmanuel, the beat to his heart and he says that they are still honeymoon happy. They have been happily married for over 10 years. In 2019, God expanded the Guerrier family by gifting them with a beautiful baby girl by the name of Summer. Pastor Eddy’s favorite verse is found in 2 Peter 3:9, which states, “The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. Instead, he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
Pastor Emmanuel Charles was born to Pierrelus and Marie-Rose Charles. He grew up in a strict Adventist Christian home. Exceedingly early in life, his parents instilled in him the joy of service. He lives by this motto: Service is the price you pay for the space you occupy on this earth.
His love for service led him to the Southeastern Conference where he spent ten years in the Treasury Department fulfilling several responsibilities. After a 3-year Sabbatical, the Lord has once again called him to serve as the Treasurer/ CFO of the Southeastern Conference.

Emmanuel Charles is a sought-after speaker, lecturer and evangelist. He has served the church he loves in many capacities for 28 years. His passion is evangelism. The Lord has blessed his ministry in bringing the churched and unchurched to the knowledge of Jesus Christ and His redeeming power. He embraces the liberating cosmic messages that prepare the world for Jesus’ imminent return.
Mr. Charles has earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from Florida International University (FIU) and American Intercontinental University (AIU), respectively. He has also earned a master’s degree in Pastoral Ministries from Andrews Theological Seminary, (AU) in Berrien Springs, Michigan.

Pastor Charles is married to the former Carmina Brisé (Charles) an endocrinologist and together are raising a very astute 7-year-old daughter alongside three extraordinary young adults who call him Pops.
His hobbies include reading, writing, playing basketball, playing the piano, and seeking every opportunity to mentor and spend time with family.
“I love to serve and pour into young people, and I wholeheartedly believe in continual self-improvement. I have always been enthusiastic about service in the here and now, but my goal and what drives me every day is the yearning to see my Savior face to face and hear these two words: “Well Done.”- EC
Pastor Yvette Parham is a native of St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. She attended Oakwood University and graduated with both an Associate of Nursing and Bachelor of Theology. During that time, she met Darnell Parham who was also studying Theology. After graduation, he proposed and the two were married in July 2002. They matriculated to Andrews University the following year and began their MDiv studies.
In May 2006, Pastor Darnell Parham, Sr was hired as a pastor in the Lake Region Conference of SDA. She continued to work alongside her husband as well as in nursing. She became the mother of two beautiful children: Darnell, Jr and Alessandra.

Unfortunately, their family experienced a series of tragedy and on February 8, 2011, her husband succumbed to his battle with cancer. Pastor Parham began to actively seek the Lord’s guidance for the next steps in her life’s journey. She was eventually led to Valdosta, Georgia and volunteered her time, skills and talents to the work of the church as an elder at the Grace Fellowship church.

When the call to join the ministerial team at Southeastern Conference was extended in December 2014, she graciously accepted and was placed at Patmos Chapel for a short season. She then returned to Andrews University to finish her MDiv studies. Pastor Parham, thankful for her time at Seminary, returned to SEC in 2018. She is currently the Associate Pastor at Mt. Calvary SDA in Tampa, FL. Her favorite text is Revelation 21:4, “And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” Pastor Parham cannot wait for this text to become a reality.

Lindsay M. Syeh (pronounced: Sigh) was born and raised in Miami, Florida.
She’s a graduate of Oakwood University, Andrews University Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary with a Master in Divinity, and has a Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Presently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Family, and Couples Therapy.
Pastor Syeh has been in the ministry for many years and has traveled the world preaching the everlasting gospel fulfilling the Great Commission.
During her ministry at Southeastern Conference, Pastor Syeh has served as an Associate, Senior, and Assistant Pastor, as well as an Academy and University Chaplain. She humbly serves as the Director of Young Adults and Adventist Christian Fellowship at SEC.

Pastor Syeh is passionate about advocating for marginalized communities and helping her community to embrace the intersections between faith, spirituality, and mental wellness.
Her favorite text is Psalm 51:10 - “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew in me a right spirit.” Her ultimate desire is to be broken daily, so the Holy Spirit can fill her up.
