A MEMORY OF LOVE Featuring: Tess Hansen, Jude Elliot, Jed Appleton and Lillee Mae

A MEMORY OF LOVE brings four of Tasmania’s finest singer songwriters into the intimate setting of the Peacock Theatre to present new works about love. Each artist has handcrafted songs from the stories of their lives from past to present, from light and dark places, from home and on the road. THURS 10 JulY | 7.30pM | $24 | PEACOCK THEATRE

WriTING LETTERS Ange Boxall

A voice from the wild windy beaches of eastern Tasmania, Ange embodies the spirit of the modern Americana star – with a 1970s singer songwriter heart. Ange’s musical style echoes the deceptive simplicity of her heroines; Carole King, Patsy Cline, Dusty Springfield, with their folk/pop energy. Expect commercial, crystal clear, and wickedly catchy. “There IS a Tasmanian sound. It’s Ange Boxall. Wow!” JD Souther (USA)
