HOLIDAY COCKTAIL: OLD FASHIONED EGG NOG

We have a confession to make - here at the Club we don ’t make our egg nog from scratch, we buy Hood brand - it's delicious! You should be able to find it where you buy groceries.

For those of our members who remember Bartender Ron, the recipe below is his formulation. Don't skip the fresh nutmeg - it truly makes the cocktail.

3 oz Hood Brand Egg Nog ½ oz Mt Gay Rum ½ oz Cognac Fresh nutmeg, grated

Add all ingredients to a short glass. Stir to combine. Grate fresh nutmeg over top using a microplane grater.
