End of Trip

All goods deliveries to the building must be made through the Loading Dock. Access to the loading dock is off Eagle Street or internally on Level RP1.

175 Eagle Street has a 4 Star NABERS Energy rating and a 4 Star NABERS Water rating. Recent upgrades have included the provision of energy efficient lighting and water efficient amenities.

There are separate male and female shower and changing facilities. These are in the End of Trip on Level RP1. To request access to the End of Trip Facilities, please contact your 175 Eagle Street concierge.

Bike Storage (Bike Servicing)

A fresh towel service is one of the exceptional onsite amenities so you can shower after exercise without needing to bring your full kit and carry a wet towel home.

Deliveries that will require more than 15 minutes require prearranged access with Security (min 24 hours’ notice). Security / Access We have a dedicated security team onsite from 6am – 3pm, Monday – Friday. Security can assist you with security escorts, access cards and lost and found. Security office is located on RP1.

There are 260 bike racks of Level 1 (entrance off the Riverwalk) that can be individually requested by contacting your concierge. There are also regular onsite bike servicing sessions so keep an eye on Charli to book your next service.

Get your dry cleaning done and delivered while you work. Available Monday - Friday.

Availability

First time users will need to create an account with Five at Heart.

If you have misplaced your access card, need to arrange visitor access or are experiencing problems with your card, your concierge will be able to assist.

Your concierge will be available on Ground Floor from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Once an account holder, please place your order with Five at Heart and put your items in a plastic bag with your details on it inside the designated cupboard at the 175 Eagle Street End of Trip.

Directions Need information about how to get around the city, your concierge can assist. Umbrella Hire Don’t get caught out in the rain. Umbrella’s for complimentary hire from concierge.

Brisbane Riverwalk has bike access and connects 175 Eagle Street to New Farm and the botanical gardens.

Riverside Ferry Terminal is a 2 min walk towards City along Riverwalk. City Cat Services extend from Northshore, Hamilton – UQ, St Lucia

Taxi’s available in front of Pig’n’Whistle (160m). This is also the best destination for rideshare drop-off and collection.

Bus

Parking Airport

Multiple bus stops located directly in front of 175 Eagle Street with direct routes into and out of the precinct.

Brisbane Airport is a 17 min drive (including Tolls) from 175 Eagle Street.

Train

There are 265 parking spaces conveniently located in the Secure underground car park. Open from 5:30am to 8pm, Monday - Friday, access to the car park is via Eagle Street. Maximum car park height is 2.2m. A parking fee will apply.

Central Station is located 550m from the building and services all 5 major railway lines.

Brisbane’s largest outdoor shopping precinct with high fashion brands, restaurants, cafes and bars in the epicentre of the city.

Brisbane City Doctors is the closest medical service centre. Open Monday – Saturday.

7-Eleven is located opposite the building. IGA X-Press is located 180m on Adelaide Street.

You can also keep in good health without the burden of leaving the office with Ecopharmacy Express. You can order online and have it conveniently delivered to your desk.

Brisbane GPO is located at 261 Queen Street. Banks All major banks are located on Queen Street.

As part of our commitment to community, we are pleased to announce that Charter Hall has joined the international philanthropy movement ‘Pledge 1%’.

At 175 Eagle Street, we are passionate about supporting organisations that help those in need. We do this by actively looking at ways our community campaigns can partner with charities or for our people to volunteer their time. Each week we also have a a flower auction raising funds for the building’s charity of the month. Bids can be made via Charli.

Charli brings together all of 175 Eagle Street’s services and information into one easy-to-use app. Charli gives you the ability to control your air-conditioning temperature via Comfy, pre-order coffee from Café Pacino, book meeting and event spaces and access exclusive promotions, news, events and building information. You can also get directly in touch with Concierge via the app and request workday services such as dry cleaning, umbrella hire and more.
