Radiator reserve tank removal
( 1 ) Disconnect the reserve tank hose from the radiator. ( 2 ) Remove the reserve tank.

Fan removal (1) Remove fan set bolts ( 4 pcs.) and remove the fan. Coolant draining (1 ) Loosen the radiator drain plug to drain the coolant. (2) Loosen the engine drain plug to drain the coolant.
Radiator removal
( 1 ) Loosen the inlet and outlet hose clamps. ( 2 ) Disconnect the torque converter cooler hose (in torque converter vehicle). Caution: Identify the hose installed positions.
( 3 ) Remove radiator set bolts, and remove the radiator.
Exhaust pipe disconnection ( 1 ) Remove flange set nuts ( 2 pcs.) and re. move the exhaust pipe. Accelerator cable disconnection (1 ) Disconnect the accelerator cable.
