Authorization system The Digital Electronic Control ECM has its authentication ID recognized by the engine ECM, and the Digital Electronic Control ECM verifies the engine ECM using the authentication ID when the system is activated. If the authentication ID does not match, the engine cannot be started. Reset the authentication ID on the engine ECM using YDIS Ver. 1.33 to allow the engine ECM to recognize the Digital Electronic Control ECM again. Once the engine ECM is reset, connect the Digital Electronic Control ECM to the engine ECM, and the engine ECM will recognize the authentication ID of the Digital Electronic Control ECM automatically, allowing the Digital Electronic Control ECM to take control of the engine operation. When the engine ECM and Digital Electronic Control ECM authentication ID do not match, neither the active indicator nor the alert indicator comes on.
