CARBURETOR SYNCHRONIZATION NOTE: Prior to synchronizing the carburetors, the valve clearance and the engine idle speed should be properly adjusted.

1. Remove: • Vacuum cap 1 2. Disconnect: • Vacuum hoses 2

3. Install: • T-joint • Vacuum gauge 1 • Engine tachometer (near the spark plug)

Vacuum gauge: 90890-03094, YU-44456 Engine tachometer: 90793-80009, YU-08036-C
NOTE: Connect the vacuum hose and vacuum gauge hose to the T-joint. 4. Start the engine and let it warm up for several minutes. 5. Inspect: • Engine idle speed Out of specification → Adjust. Refer to “ENGINE IDLE SPEED ADJUSTMENT”. Engine idle speed: 1,300 ~ 1,500 r/min 6. Adjust: • Carburetor synchronization
