Awakening to Love

At the intersection of mindfulness practice and the Twelve Step process is a deep, rich path to recovery and a return to joyful living. In recent years, the blend of mindfulness and recovery has brought hope, inspiration, and change to many thousands of those in recovery. Through a range of contemplative practices, including meditation, mindfulness, and lovingkindness, you will practice skills that allow your heart to open and soften while you cultivate a solid connection to your inner strength and wisdom.

The grieving process sets in after any form of loss, whether it is the loss of a beloved, a pet, a job, a dream, or your youth. Regardless of one’s belief system, our natural human response to loss, any loss, is grief. Antonio Sausys offers techniques for transforming grief into a source of selfknowledge, including: • Sharing and normalizing grief • Techniques that address the delicate mechanisms responsible for the grief reaction • How yoga philosophy and practice can assist you in going through difficult times.

This is a special opportunity to spend time with Kevin and Bill together to learn practices and perspectives to successfully continue your recovery journey.

The tools and wisdom you take away from this weekend allow you to reestablish who you are, after loss, based on your true spiritual essence.
