About us We are a management and services company that selects and gathers companies and teams of experts to work together in order to guarantee the best coordination and monitoring in the development of hotel projects, tourist accommodation and community spaces. We operate in national and international markets. We can offer our clients custom-made solutions; quality, effective products; and, compliance with implementation deadlines, through a global management system and product application, for a fixed price. The acquisition of permits, licences, etc. is our responsibility so the quality of the services offered remains identical, whether the project is small, medium or big. A team of experts contributes what is strictly necessary for an efficient development of the project, without duplications or exceptions. This is the reason why we are a great management and services company. BCS’s structure is very simple. In order to provide the best service, we have gathered a group of companies and professionals that work together under the same management team to develop hotel projects, tourist accommodation and community spaces. We have agreements with companies in different parts of the world, which allows us to work both locally and globally and to offer more efficient delivery times and more competitive budgets while maintaining quality. This structure allows us to undertake all sorts of projects, offering tailor-made solutions to each client whether the project is big or small. Thus, it can be a turnkey project –where we also take care of licences and permits- or simply upholstering a sofa. We have come this far thanks to each and every one of our clients whose trust encourages us to continue improving every day.

A BIT OF HISTORY

Barcelona Contract Services, S.L. was founded in 2001. The founding shareholders were national textile designers Grupo Güell-Lamadrid; furniture, accessories and art objects maker and importer Taller de las Indias; and interior design and decor expert and businessman Darío H. Ibáñez Martín. In 2011, the shares owned by Grupo Güell-Lamadrid were purchased by the Company.

BCS -- Barcelona Contract Services, together with Taller de las Indias, India & Pacific and Twin Furniture, created Barcelona Contract Group --BCG-- with the aim of optimizing its strategic management (domestic-international market penetration and dynamic production costs). BCS leads the Group’s commercial and operational management of securing projects and implementing them. This Corporate Group’s associated activities and expertise are the result of our search for solutions to the global needs of our future clients.
