Renthall was born in Norway as a dedicated solution to renting modular, fabric-clad buildings. Now we have more than 200 fabric buildings in our portfolio globally, with more being added every week.

Renthall UK is based out of Gateshead, Tyne & Wear and all our buildings are proudly manufactured in the UK. The Renthall group operates worldwide, with locations in Norway, Denmark, Poland, and the USA.

Flexible rental agreements

With Renthall, you decide the fully extendable rental period yourself. Our buildings are just as flexible: if more are needed, or if you need to expand or relocate your building, Renthall can match your requirements.

Cost-effective

When there is a need for a rapid, temporary solution renting is an excellent, cost-effective choice. By renting your next building you receive an overview of operating costs, as well as the stability of a predictable fee that sidesteps investment capital.

Turnkey solutions

A term agreement can include not only the building itself, but the entire package. You can choose lighting, ventilation, and insulation as needed. Assembly and maintenance are also included. When the rental period is over, Renthall can also handle the dismantling.

Materials

We supply both aluminium and steel-frame structures depending on your goals. Aluminium-framed shelters are ideal for temporary requirements and quick deliveries. Steel-framed buildings are built to last, perfect for more demanding projects. Both are demountable, customisable, and made in the UK.

Project timeline

1. Request for rental

Initially we learn about you and your requirements, such as size, sector, usage, and desired hire period.

1-2 weeks

2. Conclusion of agreement

The next step is to review the hire agreement, price per month, and any future assessment for your building.

3. Design & production

Depending on your requirements

we look at factors such as ground conditions, customisable features, and any additional circumstances like planning, installation, etc..

About 5 weeks

4. Construction

We then look at the details of the actual assembly work. Necessary space around the building, access for unloading, use of a lift and crane for instance.

About 2 weeks

5. Rental period

Throughout the term, we’ll consider agreement extension and building development or relocation. We’ll also discuss service and maintenance.

Sustainable systems

At Renthall UK, we are constantly working to reduce our environmental footprint and as we look toward a greener future we feel the products and services we provide are perfectly aligned with this vision.

Renting a facility already provides the client with great flexibility. You can choose to extend both the facility size or the rental term where necessary. You can relocate the building if required but, ultimately, at the end of the rental period the building is returned to Renthall where the facility will be refurbished, recycled, and even upgraded ready for the next customer.

This element is extremely important to us. We have skilled, competent, and passionate employees who are keen to reuse all elements of the facility reducing waste and environmental impact providing you a more sustainable approach to enhancing your facilities for future growth.

Our business model embraces a circular economy approach, where structures are rented, refurbished, and then rented again. This optimises the use of each structure, reduces the need for new construction, and fosters a responsible use of resources.

We are working towards achieving 100% recyclability of all materials used in our structures. In the event of disposal, we ensure materials are recycled responsibly, contributing zero toxic or hazardous waste.

Adaptable solution

Our structures are designed to be reused across various sectors, catering to the evolving needs of businesses. Structures can be relocated, adapted, expanded, or dismantled and sold to new users to extend their lifecycle.

Our insulated cladding system

Thermohall® features a flexible insulated fabric system, offering major advantages over other insulating systems.

• Non-combustible glass wool is encapsulated in air and water tight pockets

• Insulation thickness from 50mm (2in) to 150mm (6in)

• No air gaps in the cladding, helping to reduce heat loss and condensation

• Buildings are fully relocatable

Thermohall® offers impressive energy savings and environmental benefits—both in fabrication and operation.

• We use a heavy-duty PVC fabric with a long, useful life and high density, non-combustible glass wool insulation

• All materials are recyclable. Steel can be recycled through various means and PVC can be recycled through initiatives which are part our operational supply chain. The insulation material is processed from recycled glass

• Thermohall® structures combine the best properties of both conventional buildings and fabric buildings: high thermal insulation and full relocatablity.
