BACKGROUD:
Under the influence of social media, the way people think and speak is being subconsciously changed and assimilated. In the context of globalisation, people can easily access information from other countries and regions. Have we lost ourselves in the deluge of information? This work explores the independence of the individual from a number of perspectives. Are we being subconsciously assimilated under the influence of this information? How can we detach ourselves from the world of assimilation and become our true selves? This piece will show my various attempts at finding myself and how I finally managed to escape.

In this work I gain my way of escaping my own body by experimenting with different methods of meditation. In this process, I have experienced forgetting my perception as a human being and becoming an object in a natural environment. Repeatedly drawing simple shapes in a noisy environment, making myself focus on one thing, detaching my mind from my body, and experimenting in different environments. My final attempt was made on the first floor of the library, and I designed the brush as far away from my own hand as possible to visually perceive that I was not painting but that my 'soul' was in control, and managed to detach myself from my body over the course of the afternoon.where I spent the afternoon successfully detaching myself from my body.
