This policy brief, prepared by UNESCO Almaty under the Governance of Groundwater Resources in Transboundary Aquifers (GGRETA) Project in the Pretashkent Transboundary Aquifer, highlights national and regional institutional and legal provisions in Central Asia on groundwater monitoring, protection, and use.
