A Journey into the Dark (I)

this is what the inside of my brain looks like .....

all the time.

sometimes if i find something to focus on

it gets a little quieter.

i leave my body for a little bit.

but there's always an anxious white noise in the background

i don't know if things will ever quiet down

so i'll just keep building a nest of distraction around me

until it gets quieter

or until i'm buried in a mess of noise ...
