This is our precious third installment and first of the brand-new year! We are glad to have you along as we prepare to grow the iShaH Magazine this year.

Let's take a moment to look back on the past and carry only the positives as we forge ahead in the jungle of business.

This is the time we reflect on all the good, the bad and the ugly of the journey so far and guess what? You are still standing.

We came from commemorating the 16 days of activism against gender-based violence in the last months of 2022 and it was an eye opener as conversations have taken a twist into the reality of a different kind of violence in the economic space as women jostle for recognition and acceptance.

The harsh reality is women still soldier on with mind blowing tenacity…this breed called Woman.

In this issue we go deep as we feature women who have been bold enough to master their destinies with grace and beauty.

On our cover we have Patricia Daka, the head of digital and marketing at Sasai Fintec, which a division of Econet ,we discuss the importance of Digital Transformation for local businesses.

With the influx of online buying and selling this is a must read for all entrepreneurs on how to navigate sales in the digital world.

On our women at work category, we feature Danayi Madondo, a creative who moves in exotic spaces with her self-taught superpower which is creativity .

Our second feature is Hillary Mukwena who is a self-made entrepreneur as she shares her journey about owning an awardwinning business start up in its first year of operation..
