TECH PACK
from Zer0 Green
A tech pack is a document containing all the technical information about product. It’s an essential document for both designers and production teams when producing new collections, as it helps clearly communicate every little detail about what we are making, to manufacturer(supplycompass, 2021). So this is a task that runs through our project from start to finish. Everyone has greatly contributed to this table.
In the Cover Sheet Rachel sumed up the FEATURS & BENEFITS for us with the language advantage. Pinhui drew the 2D sketches and four colorways. Technical Sheet was done by Nuoya and me and we worked well together. I took screenshots of the jeans after adjusting them in clo and measured every detail with clo. Nuoya was responsible for adding the annotations to the images in the Adobe Illustrator.

Label & Branding was done by Pinhui who was in China until December. So she could only join remotely. But she had excellent graphic skills. Rachel and I would consult with her and make suggestions. Then she can make nice images on her own.
As for Bill of Materials, I helped a little, but it was mostly Rachel who filled in the table.
I have a better understanding of garment construction and information about our hangtags, while Rachel has a deep knowledge of materials and she has strong search skills. With our collaboration, we were able to overcome the huge challenge of BOM.
Talk about 3D Grading Size Specifications, Rachel and I assisted Yuwen in measuring the data. However, our pattern was modified several times later, and the subsequent measurement were completed by Yuwen.
Physical Size Specifications was completed by Yuwen, Rachel and myself. Yuwen helped in measuring ZWPC measurements in Clo. Rachel measured the physical sample first time. But when we did the SMS annotation, I found some problems and remeasured it. So the final proto sample measurement was filled by me.
When the proto sample came back from EREKS, everybody worked together in doing SMS Sample Comments. We measured jean and made annotation images. But after we present to EREKS, they said our measuring method is wrong. So me and rachel remeasuring the garment and took pictures. And it was Rachel who completed the final annotations.
