METODI DI INSTALLAZIONE DELL’AVVOLGICAVO • La durata dell’avvolgitore e la sua funzionalità dipendono, oltre che da un corretto dimensionamento, da alcuni criteri base che bisogna tener presente nell’installazione.

• Il cavo deve svolgersi centralmente rispetto alla bocca dell’avvolgicavo e devono essere evitate tutte le possibilità di strisciamento del cavo.

• Gli avvolgicavo sono da considerarsi componenti di un insieme complesso. Prevedere una adeguata protezione amperometrica a monte dell’avvolgicavo che tenga conto della situazione più sfavorevole, cioè con il cavo avvolto. Questa protezione deve interrompere tutte le fasi tranne la terra, in caso di anomalie o assorbimenti eccessivi.

REEL INSTALLATION METHODS • For correct operation of the cable reels, it is necessary to take into account how they will be installed and how they will have to work • The cable or hose must always enter centrally as to the reel outlet with no sharp edges, and without scraping against walls or edges.

• These cable reels are to be considered components of a complex whole. Consider a suitable amperometric protection at the top of the reel considering the most unfavourable condition, viz, with cable completely wound.

This protection must interrupt all the phases, but not earth contact in case of anomaly or extra electrical input. Unipolar models are suitable for earthing.

I cavi ZECA sono stati espressamente studiati per l’uso sugli avvolgicavo; il loro metodo costruttivo scaturisce quindi da molti anni di esperienza in questo campo. I cavi con conduttori di sezione 1 mm2 e 1,5 mm2 sono provvisti di un’anima che ne aumenta la resistenza alla trazione.

I cavi sono fornibili in matasse della lunghezza massima di 100 metri. Cavi H05VV-F, rispondenti alle norme CEI 20-35 (cavi unipolari: H05V-F):

SPECIAL VERY FLEXIBLE CABLES FOR REELS. ZECA cables have been expressly designed to be used on cable coilers. Their construction method comes from many years of experience in this field. Cables with 1 and 1,5 mm2 conductors are provided with a heart increasing their resistance to traction. Cables are available in hanks whose max. length is 100 m. H05VV-F cables are conforming to CEI 20-35 standard. (Unipolar cables: H05V-F).

Per scongiurare pericolose cariche elettrostatiche durante le operazioni di travaso, è necessario l’utilizzo dell’avvolgicavo per mettere a terra i serbatoi contenenti sostanze infiammabili in completa sicurezza. L’operatore specializzato, prima di eseguire il travaso delle sostanze, deve quindi connettere la pinza che trova all’estremità del cavo alla piastra di connessione. In alternativa, l’operatore può montare l’avvolgicavo sulla cisterna e collegare la pinza alla piastra a terra.

During transfer operations there is a risk of accumulation of dangerous electro-static charges, the use of the cable reel is compulsory, in order to ground the tanks containing flammable substances in complete safety. In this context, the specialized operator must connect the clip at the outlet of the cable with the connection plate, this operation must be done before the transfer of the flammable substances. Alternatively the operator can mount the cable reel on the tank and then connect the clip to the grounding plate.

It facilitates working as it helps avoiding the presence of loose cables in the repair shop during normal maintenance operations. All the reels are equipped with both red and black clips, which are completely insulated at 200A and have a length of 160 mm. The art.1424 and 1425 reels are equipped with cable guide and an art.1406 ratchet.

Bilanciatori con caratteristiche costruttive come Serie 63 ma costruiti con un cavo tessile in fibra polietilenica HT al posto del cavo in acciaio inox.

L’utilizzo di un cavo tessile abbina un’elevatissima resistenza meccanica alla massima flessibilità possibile.

Questo permette una maggiore possibilità di movimento dell’utensile sospeso nonchè evita i rischi di danneggiare eventuali componenti vicini all’area di lavoro che dovessero entrare in contatto con il cavo.

627 CON SISTEMA ANTICADUTA WITH ANTI FALL DEVICE

The balancers have similar built-in features like the Serie 63 but they are built with a textile cable in polyethylenic fibre HT instead of a stainless steel cable. The use of a textile cable combines an extremely high degree of mechanical resistance with the maximum flexibility possible.

This allows for an increased mobility of the suspended tool and also reduces the chances of damaging the eventual components close to the work area that might come into contact with the cable.
