MÉTODOS DE INSTALACIÓN DEL ENROLLADOR DE CABLE

REEL INSTALLATION METHODS • For correct operation of the cable reels, it is necessary to take into account how they will be installed and how they will have to work • The cable or hose must always enter centrally as to the reel outlet with no sharp edges, and without scraping against walls or edges. • These cable reels are to be considered components of a complex whole. Consider a suitable amperometric protection at the top of the reel considering the most unfavourable condition, viz, with cable completely wound. This protection must interrupt all the phases, but not earth contact in case of anomaly or extra electrical input. Unipolar models are suitable for earthing.

• La duración del enrollador de cable y su funcionamiento dependen, además de un dimensionamiento correcto, de algunos criterios base que hay que tener en cuenta en la instalación. • El cable debe desenrollarse centralmente con respecto a la boca del enrollador de cable y deben evitarse los posibles arrastres del cable. • Los enrolladores de cable deben considerarse componentes de un conjunto complejo. Proporcionar una protección amperométrica adecuada al montaje del enrollador teniendo en cuenta la situación mas desfavorable, es decir con el cable enrollado. Esta protección debe interrumpir todas las fases excepto la de tierra, en el caso de anomalías o absorciones excesivas.

The cable fastening socks are manufactured in galvanized steel and are useful for fastening the cable at its end without damaging the internal conductors, thus avoiding its curling and quick wearing. Las calzas de fijación están construidas en acero galvanizado y sirven para fijar el cable en su extremo sin dañar los conductores internos evitando, por lo tanto, el enrollado del cable y su rápido deterioro. Per quanto concerne gli ordini di importo minore di euro duecentocinquanta,00 (€ 250,00), il pagamento dovrà essere -a scelta di ZECA- anticipato rispetto alla spedizione dei Prodotti o avvenire in contrassegno al momento della consegna di essi. Per ordini di importo uguale o maggiore di euro centocinquanta,00 (€ 150,00), ma minori o pari ad euro duecentocinquanta,00 (€ 250,00) sono a carico del Cliente sia i costi dell’imballo (pari al due per cento [2%] dell’Ordine), sia le spese di incasso dell’importo indicato in fattura. 5. (confezione standard) La confezione standard, ove indicata in catalogo, indica il quantitativo minimo indivisibile che deve essere ordinato per quello specifico Prodotto ZECA. 6. (trasporto) Il trasporto avviene sempre in nome, per conto, a rischio e a spese del Cliente. ZECA compila il documento di trasporto in nome e per conto del Cliente. I Prodotti ZECA vengono consegnati EXW Incoterms® 2020. Il trasporto potrà avvenire anche FCA Incoterms® 2020 o CPT Incoterms® 2020 previo accordo con ZECA, che dovrà essere menzionato nella rispettiva Conferma d’Ordine. In caso di trasporto FCA o CPT Incoterms® 2020, ZECA sceglierà il mezzo di trasporto ritenuto più idoneo, senza che ciò possa dar luogo a reclami, salvo diverso accordo con il Cliente, che dovrà essere menzionato nella rispettiva Conferma d’Ordine. 7. (conferma d’ordine) I prezzi, nonché i termini di pagamento, di trasporto e di consegna dei Prodotti ZECA -per quanto non indicato nelle presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita- sono disciplinati dalla rispettiva Conferma d’Ordine. 8. (contestazioni) Il Cliente deve inviare la contestazione scritta a ZECA inerente alla quantità dei Prodotti ZECA acquistati, entro otto (8) giorni dalla consegna dei Prodotti, a pena di decadenza. 9. (insoluti) In caso di mancato esatto e puntuale pagamento delle fatture emesse da ZECA, ZECA accetta ordini dal Cliente solo successivamente al completo pagamento del dovuto, maggiorato degli interessi maturati. 10. (interessi di mora) In caso di mancato pagamento della fattura entro il giorno indicato nella stessa, ZECA applica -automaticamente e senza previa costituzione in mora- gli interessi di cui al D.lgs. n. 231 del 2002 dal giorno successivo alla scadenza della fattura. 11. (garanzia) ZECA garantisce il corretto funzionamento del Prodotto acquistato per dodici (12) mesi dalla data della fattura di vendita. La garanzia non si estende alle parti soggette ad usura quali -con elencazione meramente esemplificativa e non esaustiva- cavi, molle, tubi, collettori, batterie. La garanzia opera esclusivamente in caso di corretto utilizzo del Prodotto. La garanzia consiste -ad insindacabile giudizio di ZECA- nella riparazione o sostituzione del Prodotto da parte di ZECA. Il Prodotto deve essere inviato a ZECA, con (i) una descrizione scritta del malfunzionamento lamentato e (ii) il numero di RMA, pena l’estinzione della garanzia. E’ esclusa qualsiasi altra forma di indennizzo. Tutte le spese di trasporto sono a carico del Cliente. 12. (regresso e rivalsa) Il Cliente non ha diritto di regresso o rivalsa nei confronti di ZECA per i danni cagionati dai Prodotti a terzi -consumatori compresi- cui il Cliente abbia consegnato a qualunque titolo i Prodotti. ZECA è responsabile unicamente in caso di dolo o colpa grave, la cui prova incombe al Cliente. 13. (resi) ZECA non accetta la resa di Prodotti acquistati, salvo diverso previo accordo scritto con ZECA. Il reso viene accettato solo in porto franco per Prodotti (i) nuovi di fabbrica, (ii) in imballo originale sigillato e (iii) acquistati nei sei mesi precedenti la ricezione da parte di ZECA della richiesta di reso inviata dal Cliente. In caso di reso autorizzato, il relativo documento di trasporto deve indicare (i) il ddt, (ii) il numero di RMA e (iii) la fattura relativi all’acquisto. Il rimborso è pari all’ottanta per cento (80%) del prezzo pagato dal Cliente per i Prodotti resi, previa verifica da parte di ZECA dello stato generale -estetico e funzionale- dei Prodotti resi. 14. (prodotti) I pesi, le dimensioni, i prezzi, i colori e gli altri dati indicati da ZECA nei cataloghi, sul sito web, in documenti, prospetti, circolari, foto o quant’altro, hanno carattere meramente indicativo ed esemplificativo. La scelta del prodotto è fatta autonomamente dal Cliente senza responsabilità alcuna di ZECA. I Prodotti sono conformi alla normativa -italiana e comunitaria- vigente. ZECA si riserva di variare in qualsiasi momento, senza preavviso, i dati tecnici o costruttivi dei propri Prodotti. 15. (legge applicabile) La vendita dei Prodotti ZECA è regolata esclusivamente dalla legge italiana, impregiudicate le norme comunitarie di applicazione necessaria. 16. (foro esclusivo) Per ogni controversia è competente in via esclusiva il foro di Ivrea.

Any modification agreed with ZECA is limited to the sale for which it was agreed. If one of the clauses of the General Conditions of Sale or Order Confirmations is deemed or otherwise declared invalid, null, voidable, or ineffective, the other clauses remain valid and effective. 2. (order) The Customer’s order must indicate the company name or business name, the registered office, the place of delivery of the goods (in compliance with the provisions of point 6. of these General Conditions of Sale), the VAT number, the tax code (in the case of an individual company), the univocal code for electronic invoicing (if mandatory by law), the support bank through which the invoice will be paid, as well as the indication of the Products (with the relative codes of the ZECA catalog) that the Customer intends to purchase. 3. (prices) Prices are excluding VAT and any discount on list prices is shown in the respective Order Confirmations. 4. (minimum order) ZECA does not accept purchase orders less than one hundred and fifty euros,00 (€ 150.00). Regarding orders less than euro two hundred and fifty,00 (€ 250.00), the payment must be -at ZECA’s requirement- in advance before shipment of the Products or taken as cash on delivery of the Products. For orders equal to or greater than one hundred and fifty,00 euros (€ 150.00), but less than or equal to euro two hundred and fifty,00 (€ 250.00) both the costs of the packaging (equal to two percent [2%] of the Order) and the collection costs of the amount indicated on the invoice. 5. (standard packaging) The standard packaging, where indicated in the catalogue, indicates the minimum indivisible quantity to be ordered for that specific ZECA Product. 6. (transport) The transport always takes place in the name, on behalf, at risk and at the customer’s expense. ZECA fills in the shipping document in the name and on behalf of the Customer. ZECA Products are delivered EXW Incoterms® 2020. The transport can also take place FCA Incoterms® 2020 or CPT Incoterms® 2020 by agreement with ZECA, wh ich must be mentioned in the respective Order Confirmation. In case of FCA or CPT Incoterms transport® 2020, ZECA will choose the means of transport considered most suitable, without this giving rise to complaints, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, which must be mentioned in the respective Order Confirmation. 7. (order confirmation) The prices, as well as the terms of payment, transport and delivery of ZECA Products -as not indicated in these General Conditions of Sale- are governed by their respective Order Confirmations. 8. (objections) The Customer must send the written dispute to ZECA regarding the quantity of ZECA Products purchased, within eight (8) days from delivery of the Products, under penalty of forfeiture. 9. (unpaid) In case of failure of exact and timely payment of the invoices issued by ZECA, ZECA accepts orders from the Customer only after the full payment of the previous unpaid invoices, increased by the accrued interest. 10. (interest on late payment) In case of non-payment of the invoice within the day indicated in the same invoice, ZECA applies -automatically and without prior formal notice- the interest referred to in Italian Legislative Decree n. 231 of 2002 from the day following the expiry of the invoice. 11. (guarantee) ZECA guarantees the correct functioning of the Purchased Product for twelve (12) months from the date of the sales invoice. The warranty does not extend to wear-prone parts such as -with a purely illustrative and non-exhaustive list- cables, springs, pipes, slip ring, batteries. The warranty operates only in case of correct use of the Product. The guarantee consists -at ZECA’s unquestionable judgment- in the repairment or replacement of the Product by ZECA. The Product must be sent to ZECA, with (i) a written description of the malfunction complained about and (ii) the number of RMA, under penalty of the termination of the warranty. Any other form of compensation is excluded. All transport costs are at the Customer’s expense. 12. (regression and recoupment) The Customer has no right to regress or recoupment against ZECA for damages caused by the Products to third parties -including consumers- whom the Customer has delivered the Products in any capacity. ZECA is liable only in the event of malicious misconduct or gross negligence, the proof of which falls to the Customer. 13. (returns) ZECA does not accept the return of purchased Products, unless otherwise by written agreement with ZECA. The return is accepted only in free port for (i) factory-new Products, (ii) in sealed original packaging and (iii) purchased in the six months prior to ZECA’s receipt of the return request sent by the Customer. In the case of an authorized return, the relevant transport document must indicate (i) the shipping document, (ii) the number of RMA and (iii) the invoice related to the purchase. The refund is eighty percent (80%) of the price paid by the Customer for the Returned Products, after verification by ZECA of the general -aesthetic and functional- status of the Returned Products. 14. (Products) The weights, dimensions, prices, colors and other data indicated by ZECA in the catalogues, on the website, in documents, prospectuses, circulars, photos or whatever, are merely indicative and illustrative. The choice of the Product is made independently by the Customer without any responsibility of ZECA. The Products comply with current Italian and European Union legislation. The Customer must previously verify -at his sole and exclusively responsibility- the compliance of each Product with the destination country legislation. ZECA reserves the right to change the technical or construction data of its Products at any time, without notice. 15. (applicable law) The sale of ZECA Products is regulated exclusively by Italian law, without prejudice to the European Union overriding mandatory provisions. 16. (jurisdiction) The Court of Ivrea (Turin-Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction in every and each dispute.
