Since 1929, ZECA has been supplying products of the highest quality to the automotive, industrial and construction industries.
Our plant is based in Feletto, in the outskits of Turin, where we manufacture hose reels, cable reels, lamps, extension reels and a wide range of garage tools.

The Zeca production plants, logistics warehouses and offices have been expanded several times over the years, in parallel with the constant growth of the company.

AM85 SAFE
The SAFE version has been recently added to the AM85 hose reel family. Its highly visible, vibrantly colored lime green hose stands out and can be easily detected even in low-light environments, majorly reducing the risk of tripping.
In situations where it is necessary to leave the hose unwound, it ensures order and minimizes the risk of wear and damage to the hose.

REEL INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
• For correct operation of the cable reels, it is necessary to consider how they will be installed and how they will have to work
• The cable or hose must always enter centered with reference to the reel outlet; with no sharp edges, and without scraping against walls or edges.
• These cable reels are to be considered components of a larger assembly. Consider a suitable amperometric protection at the top of the reel, in the most unfavorable condition, with the cable completely wound. This protection must interrupt all the phases, but earth (in case of anomaly or extra electrical input). Unipolar models are suitable for earthing.

FIELDS OF USE
These reels are fitted with a single-pole, yellow/green cable. They are used to eliminate electrostatic charges (e.g. tankers transferring fuel, carbides, flammable materials, etc.). The choice between the various models must be made by the customer, according to where it will be used.
The user is responsible for making sure that the model is suitable for his work environment.

GOOD MAINTENANCE PRACTICES
Upon receiving your products, we recommend that a regular inspections & testing program is setup. Only properly trained stasff should perform these duties. Update training periodically.
Document the maintenance, inspections, and testing of products.
Do not use products that have not been properly tested. Documented inspections shall include parts, pressurized units, swivel joints, hose, hose filings, cable, mounting hardware, roller guides and any such moving parts. Never allow the use of hoses or cables other than what is intended in the design of the reel.
Changes in diameter, weight, length, or flexibility can affect the functionality and may cause damage or personal injury.
Always read specific production/factory manuals/instructions.
The use of any replacement components other than those provided by Zeca is prohibited.
Zeca shall not be hold responsible for any malfunctions/ injuries resulting from the use of such components

Our goods are packed in strong cartons. Every item has individual package ready for sales, containing directions for use, where necessary.
When shipments are made, depending on the type of order, each article is individually packed and protected for transport.
CAUTION: single package is not suitable for an one-item shipments. For deliveries of single cartons, it will necessary to use additional protection.
Zeca products are well known all over the world for quality and technology and they all strictly conforms to the rules.
Technical features are clearly shown at the side of each item. Products, if required, conform to EEC rules and are regularly CE marked.
The selection of the required model should be made by customer according to the specific use. User has the responsibility to check that the selected model is suitable for the working place.
