The participants were given a shopping list prior to the event in order to purchase all the necessary ingredients to create Chicken Florentine along with vegetarian and pescatarian substitutions. As an incentive for participation, each $20 ticket purchased also entered the participants in a raffle for the chance to win some amazing prizes.
