I am missing a product: What can I do? We suggest to always compare your actual order to your invoice, to ensure your order is complete. If you are missing a product, please review your Back Order Sheet, which will reflect any items pending to be delivered. These will be delivered with your next order. If there is no Back Order Sheet inside your order box, please contact the Zermat Business Center at 1-877-659-1552 to inform us on your missing items. If you place your order at a Distribution Center, make sure your order is complete while paying for your order and before leaving the store, because no claim will be valid after leaving the Distribution Center.
