GENERAL RULES OF THE

COMPENSATION PLAN 1. To reach any category, receive bonuses and earnings from the Compensation Plan, the Zermat Independent Entrepreneur must make a purchase of $100.00 paid in amount A, accumulated in the month , in addition of having the number of Consultants, Certified Promoters and total amount in organizational volume. Your personal purchase, does not count for commissions, but it does for volume.

3. The Auto Plan is based on receiving a monthly bonus to cover transportation or car financing expenses. Check the program rules as these differ depending the category.

2. Starting at the Executives level, each descending organization will be able to contribute 40% of volume to qualify, and 100% of the contribution will count towards commision.

4. If any Certified Promoter category and higher is designated with a higher category than yours, the amount accrued by that organization will not count towards commission, but will qualify for a designation. * Exceptions apply

COMPENSATION PLAN DYNAMIC COMPRESSION

DESIGNATION BONUSES

MARKETING MATERIAL

Compression on the organization of a Junior Promoter or greater occurs when it reaches the partner category, the organization temporarily passes to the Junior Promoter or higher level upstream category.

Paid exclusively when a new category is reached, starting at Junior Promoter and above. Bonuses are paid cumulatively when a Consultant reached more than one designation at once.

Working collaterals such as samples, catalogs, banner, etc. help you to support your sales and business development efforts. Such materials do not generate commissions.

RETURNS These are allowed within the first 60 days after your invoice is issued and are subject to accrue extra charges depending the case.

GRACE PERIOD The grace period allows the qualification and appointment of leadership from the previous month, but will not pay the bonuses in effect during that month.

It is granted for the benefit of the entrepreneur who requests it and can be awarded only one month of each calendar year (January-December).

The grace period is not cumulative.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS Used to promote campaigns. Discount is not applied.

You will be entitled to this benefit when you reach the category of Coach Entrepreneur.

It must be requested at least 2 business days before the end of the month during business hours, by email or written document.
