PUNTOS REWARDS CLUB BASES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The first quarter begins in September 2020.

2. The qualifying period will be based on the following quarters: January –April, May- August, September – December 3. To qualify for CLUB, only Puntos Rewards earned from Personal A Amount PURCHASES, accumulated during the qualifying period, will participate.

4. The Zermat Entrepreneur will receive the BENEFITS and REWARDS described in each of the clubs, once the qualifying period has been closed.

5. The benefits will begin to take effect, from the next current semester and will be in force during this time, to continue with the benefits, you must continue to qualify during the subsequent quarters.

6. The goal to qualify in the Clubs is as follows and must be reached at the end of the semester: Red Club 1,600 PR Green Club 8,000 PR Blue Club 16,000 PR 7. Redeeming of accumulated Puntos Rewards does not affect the qualification to the Clubs.

8. To participate in the Clubs you only have to register through the www.zermatbusiness.com website and select your "wish list" (3 preferred incentives), which can be modified at any time.

9. Registration is PERSONAL and under the virtual office of each Entrepreneur.

The registration process can be done as follows: • Identify and click the Club logo at the top.

• Register your unique phone number and personal email address, the system will not allow registration of entrepreneurs with phone number and/or email address.

• Wait for confirmation and welcome email.

10. In order to enjoy Puntos Rewards Club beneďŹ ts, you must be registered in the program, otherwise you will only receive the beneďŹ ts of the current Puntos Rewards Program. (We recommend you to register immediately) 11. All Rewards Points earned during and prior the contest period MAY BE USED to exchange for Incentives, Zermat Products and Marketing Material.

12. Puntos Rewards Clubs are independent of any other program.

13. The minimum amount of Puntos Rewards to transfer (Blue Club) will be 250.

PUNTOS REWARDS CLUB BENEFITS Exclusive Incentive Offers: Entrepreneurs will be able to purchase INCENTIVES at a value in PUNTOS REWARDS much lower than marked in the Puntos Rewards Catalogue.

Access to purchase Puntos Rewards: All Clubs will have the opportunity to purchase Puntos Rewards packages with cash. % of Zermat Gift Points: They are returned to you at the end of the qualifying period, depending on the number of points accumulated in personal purchases.

EXCLUSIVE RED CLUB BENEFITS Exclusive Incentive Offers Early Access to Zelebration promotions and Product Launching: You can start purchasing those promotions up to 24 hours before the sale starts.

Exclusive access and price to purchase the Zermat T-shirt 5% Zermat Gift Points: points are refunded at the end of the qualifying period, depending on the number of points accumulated in personal purchases.

EXCLUSIVE GREEN CLUB BENEFITS Exclusive Incentive Offers Early Access to Zelebration promotions and Product Launching: You can start purchasing those promotions up to 24 hours before the sale starts.

8% Zermat Gift Points: Points are refunded at the end of the qualifying period, depending on the number of points accumulated in personal purchases.

FREE Access to Euforia 2021 Monthly FREE Shipping Pass: Applies after placing the first monthly order, in which regular shipping costs must be covered, the benefit will become active for all subsequent orders during the month after the first order, no gift product or incentives for the program apply.

Transfer of Puntos Rewards within your organization: Includes VIP Club Puntos Rewards bonuses and personal purchases. Transfers can only be processed in descending order. Points already transferred cannot be transferred again.

10% Zermat Gift Points: Points are refunded at the end of the qualifying period, depending on the number of points accumulated in personal purchases.
