GENERAL RULES

• Available in Zermat Business for all Zermat entrepreneurs regardless of the category they are in.

• To set up challenges for your organization, you must previously buy Zermat Gift Cards and with them you can get the amount of Rewards Points that you require, you can make your purchase of PR from your gift basket.

• Once you have bought the gifts, you can transfer them to your organization in descending order.

02. As they meet the challenges ZERMATUSA will deliver the selected gifts.

• Each purchased gift will be deducted from the Rewards Points balance, the unused points will remain as a credit balance to be used whenever you want.

• Each established challenge must meet a start and an end date.

• You can transfer gifts in the following ways: by volume of personal purchase, by personal sponsorships, by direct active, or at the organizational level or without any challenge.

RULES, TERMS

1 A Amount Dollar Paid = 1 Reward Point

The Independent Zermat Entrepreneur generates Rewards Points through a variety of programs or trade promotions. Such points are credited at the end of each calendar month.

Validity of Rewards Points

Points loose their value when an Independent Zermat Entrepreneur is inactive during two (2) calendar months. The Rewards Points will expire the first day of his/her 3RD month.

Activity

Every A and B Amount purchases with value higher than zero (0) will be taken into consideration.

Redemption

Rewards Points + price in dollars are redeemed in non-Zermat products.

Rewards Points + price in dollars are redeemed in not Zermat products.

In both cases the price in dollars could be zero (0), in which case it would only be redeemed with REWARDS POINTS.

Permanent Promotion by Purchase Amount

An extra 400 in bonuses will be credited per each $400.00 A Amount paid. In-stock and not-in-stock products

Not in stock: Due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of the control of Zermat USA,some rewards may not be immediately delivered and in some cases, delivery would take approximately up to 2 to 3 weeks.

We are able to add or charge the terms and conditions of the Rewards Points program at any time. For example, we would be able to:

• Adjust the amount of points accrued by eligible purchase

• Adjust the amount of points needed to obtain rewards

• Set limits and/or fees to earn and/or redeem points

• Increase the annual dues and/or other fees

• Cancel rewards

Zermat reserves the right to cancel the program at any time, with a 30 day advance notice. During the monthly trial period, we are able to change or cancel some currently valid rewards. After the three (3) months are finalized, no points can be earned or redeemed. Our suppliers and rewards may be subject to change at any time. Entrepreneurs are only able to use their points towards existent and available rewards. Certain rewards are only available during a given period of time. Some rewards can also be regulated by additional terms and conditions set by our suppliers. When you redeem points to receive rewards, you release Zermat and its associates from any responsibility tied to the use of your points, from the use of your rewards and from participation at the program.

Zermat and trade associates are not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or broken certificates, tickets or gift cards. We reserve the right to reject your request of utilizing points if your agreement or membership is expired, canceled or has been returned, or if you are no longer an Independent Zermat Entrepreneur.

We do everything in our power to provide the exact information of total of points required for rewards (or a replacement item) listing this at the rewards store website, and we reserve the right to adjust the value of points required to redeem in order to match current prices, and we are also allowed to change or replace a reward and its value without previous notice. All rewards are subject to availability.

All rewards are made and/or distributed by independent suppliers, factories or service providers.

Certain legal warranties related to consumer protection are applied to such products in order to benefit the final consumer, and cannot be excluded. None of such terms are intended to exclude or restrict

enforcement of such consumer laws, but in response to exceptions of any excluded warranty, Zermat and its associated brands do not offer any additional warranty or represent, express or imply any trade warranty, or certification of efficiency for purpose of such products outside the applicable law. Such points are not your property. These points are not transferrable within individuals or programs. In addition, the points are not transferable via inheritance, bankruptcy or divorce. If based in our judgment it is determined or suspected that any abuse, misuse or gambling has been utilized to earn or use points, we are able to:

• Remove any points from your program account

• Temporarily suspend your capacity to redeem points

• Temporarily suspend your capacity to earn points

• Cancel your Rewards Points account

• Zermat will only solve all your questions and disputes related to eligibility, points acquisition or use.

• It is your responsibility to find out about federal, state or local tax laws applicable to use in reference to earning or redeeming points.

What do I do if my reward is broken, defective or if I receive the wrong reward?

All the rewards are delivered with a standard warranty provided by the supplier or factory.

Immediately notify the supplier to receive instruction on how to proceed.

Can I return my reward if I change my preference?

Yes, you can return your reward within 30 business days following delivery of the product, all items need to be sent back in their unopened original packaging (you are responsible for shipping and delivery insurance cost). Gift cards and trip certificates are not returnable.retornables.
