To: Zermat USA Employees Subject: New Zermat productivity bonus proposal In order to encourage and continue growth of development, leadership, and multilevel sales, Zermat has decided to update the productivity bonus plan, which seeks to help your Zermat business a sustainable, replicable, and profitable one. With your growth and motivation that this new program will generate in mind, we are sure that it will be more rewarding for you and you will work everyday with more passion so you can see strong financial growth. Starting September first the changes and modifications to the bonus plan will be implemented. For Supervisors and Masters, you can see in the table below the changes made to the bonus plan, as Zermat wants to see you grow more and more and make your work each day more aspirational. As for Leaders and Supervisors you will have the support material you did not have before, so Zermat wants to show you that we are always thinking about how to help.
