We kindly ask you to arrive at our spa reception approximately 10 minutes prior to your reservation so that you can enjoy your full treatment time. Out of consideration for the following guests we ask for your understanding that if you arrive late, this time will be deducted from your treatment time. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know at the latest 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you miss this deadline, we ask for your understanding that 80% of the treatment price will be charged.

The ritual begins by creating a cozy atmosphere: you are gently tucked in, your feet pre-warmed and wrapped in soft, plush blankets for ultimate comfort. After using a soothing rocking motion to relax the body, the therapist then focuses on the head, face, shoulders, and neck. Relaxing strokes are skilfully combined with attention to vital points, to create a deeply rejuvenating and restorative experience.
To start, indulge in a soothing full body oil treatment with hydrophilic oil massaged into your skin. This is followed by a shale oil peeling treatment which is even suitable for sensitive skin thanks to the natural products we use.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (approx. 50 mins)
The ancient practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been gaining recognition and acceptance in Europe. TCM encompasses a wide range of treatments, including Chinese Tuina massage, moxibustion, Chinese pharmacology, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. These treatments focus on restoring the body’s energy flow to enhance vitality and well-being. The resulting relaxation and sense of balance can help alleviate blockages and discomfort, enhancing the rejuvenating and restorative effects of a holiday. The aim is to equip you with renewed strength and vitality for the journey ahead.
Each session begins with a pulse and tongue diagnosis so that the treatment can be tailored specifically to your condition or state of health.

Chinese Tuina
Chinese Tuina massage is highly effective in promoting the healing of chronic conditions and is also beneficial for general health maintenance. This technique works by releasing blockages in the meridians and stimulating the flow of energy throughout the body. It helps to loosen stiff joints and muscles while boosting vitality and strengthening the body’s resistance to disease.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is an ancient natural therapy from China that involves holding the embers of a burning mugwort stick approximately 2cm above specific acupuncture points. This method stimulates primordial energy, which helps to combat physical weakness and support recovery from various ailments. It is often used to treat conditions such as arthritis, rheumatism, or muscle numbness.
Acupressure
Acupressure follows the same principles as acupuncture but uses finger pressure instead of needles to stimulate acupuncture points. It is often combined with massage to enhance its therapeutic effects.
Cupping
Cupping therapy is used to treat colds, excess fluid in the body, and conditions such as arthritis, rheumatism, and abdominal pain.

This traditional Japanese ritual features relaxing massage movements and premium products designed to promote scalp blood circulation, strengthen hair follicles, and reduce stress. The treatment begins with a scalp analysis, followed by a three-stage cleansing process, a massage of the scalp, neck, and hands, as well as a head shower and a hair steam sauna. If you wish, we offer express blow dry (without brush or styling).
