EDELWEISS Breakfast Start the day full of energy and enjoy our rich breakfast buffet at the EDELWEISS market place with local products from Grossarl and the surrounding area.

Help yourself to our generous selection of different types of bread and cheese or in our „juice store“ with homepressed juices, smoothies and fresh fruit and vegetables.

Our breakfast is also available à la carte. We kindly ask you to book your table in advance: +43 6414 300.

EDELWEISS Mountain Cuisine Whether traditional home cooking, creative dishes from all over the world or vegan delicacies: Only first-class ingredients are used.

Ideally, these grow in the immediate vicinity and in season. You can experience the diversity of our cuisine, which has been awarded two Gault-Millau toques, in a wide variety of restaurants.

Taste through our seasonally changing á-la-carte menu and enjoy typical Austrian dishes and delicious stone oven pizzas. You can enjoy the EDELWEISS á-la-carte menu in the restaurant, on the terrace and in the Alpine Bar.

Sushi As a culinary highlight, there is a wide variety of sushi variations from our own sushi menu.

Our sushi master Alexis from Laos surprises us daily with wonderfully fresh creations. Ikarimi salmon California roll, Gillardeau oysters or sturgeon caviar accompanied by a good glass of wine: Alexis spoils gourmets with his culinary skills and knows how to surprise even the most exquisite gourmets.

We prepare the sushi fresh for you at the sushi counter in the lobby. You can enjoy the exquisite compositions both in the lobby and in our wine bar Kork & Gloria.

Let your senses flow freely! Under the lead of top chef Alexis from Laos, regional products are turned into top-class dishes such as Beef Terriyaki, Spicy Basil Chicken and delicious sushi. Alexis loves to incorporate his roots into his dishes. Selected menus with perfectly matched wines make every gourmet‘s heart beat faster.

The dishes from the Sakura kitchen line can be ordered and eaten throughout the hotel restaurant, lobby and wine bar.

Alpine Bar The best way to end a special vacation day is with a good signature cocktail or a glass of champagne at the Alpine Bar. The large selection of liquors or self-created cocktails make you want more. Our homemade Alpine syrups can be found seasonally in our drinks.

A long, oak table rests in the middle of the room, representing the wood used to make wine corks. The wine cellar resembles a Greißlerei – a traditional, Austrian corner shop – where guests can taste good Austrian and international labels paired with mouth-watering finger food, oysters, and caviar. Set in a unique atmosphere, the culinary piece de resistance is a diverse selection of sushi dishes.

Ski school | Ski rental Reserve your ski equipment online from the comfort of your own home, and it will be waiting for you at the ski rental upon arrival.

Of course, you can also rent equipment spontaneously or book a ski service on site.

If you have registered your children for the ski school, they will be picked up directly in front of the ski rental.
