What do you do at Zen? Warehouse Manager.

What and how is your team like? Everyone is aligned with purpose on what the company’s vision is and committed to reaching that goal.

What does your team do and how does it fit into the wide Zen business? My team is responsible for receiving shipments, order picking and dispatching of customers orders. These functions are a very integral part of the Zen business, as well as helping generate revenue for the company.

What is your favourite time of the year? Summer would be the season for me. What is something you’re passionate about? Healthy eating & helping people to discover their career potential.

How would you describe a regular day in your role at Zen? There is always something to do – improving the efficiency of our warehouse working environment.

What’s the next place on your travel bucket list? It’s been a long dream of mine to do a Scandinavian trip!

What is your favourite way to relax? Together with my fishing rod, heading out fishing is my favourite way to unwind.

What do you do at Zen? I work as an Operational Support Specialist.

What and how is your team like? What does your team do and how does it fit into the wide Zen business? As an operational team member, I am fortunate enough to be working with various departments. Everyone here at Zen is always willing to help each other. I think my team is like internal consultants and provide support by making sure that everyone can work effectively and efficiently while maintaining a good work/life balance.

How would you describe Zen in three words? Supportive, Courageous, Adventurous. What is something you’re passionate about? Animals are my passion. I have two dogs back in Indonesia, and I used to volunteer as a dog walker. If I have the capability, I would love to rescue a dog.

What is a Zen product you really like/want, that you’ve had your eyes on for a while now? I would like to get myself the Visby 3 in 1 jacket from Fjällräven.

What is something that you are looking forward to? I love travelling and am looking forward to visiting more countries in the future. I love snorkelling and one of my bucket lists is to visit Raja Ampat in West Papua.

What do you do at Zen? Aftersales Team Leader (Customer Service / Warranty / Engraving).

What and how is your team like? How does it fit into the wide Zen business? The Aftersales team is one of the central knowledge points, having years of experience across all the different products and the brands They are amazing at helping each other, customers and anyone else in the business. The Warranty and Customer Service team processes all aftermarket service, from ensuring our customer's 10 year old Leatherman is replaced under warranty quickly and efficiently, to giving knowledge about the best Ledlenser or Klean Kanteen item for the customer's needs. What is something you’re passionate about? Gaming, Soccer, Coding, Running and CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If there’s a brand that you can max out your credit cards on, which would it be? Fjällräven. I have the problem that each season I find different clothes that I love and there is always something that I must have!

What does a perfect day look like to you? Work-wise is to keep busy and always be able to say yes and provide the correct answer, to answer as many customer requests as possible and assisting our team and customers to the best of my ability.
