Preston spent much of his career in the construction industry as sales manager and as a hands-on project manager. In each role, he gained valuable knowledge and experience that prepared him to become an award-winning real estate agent.

As a local Realtor®, Preston’s connections, resources and knowledge of the area, provide valuable insight for clients looking to relocate to middle Tennessee. His trusted network of referral partners, including the best attorneys, lenders, title experts, photographers, etc., share his commitment to providing exceptional service. Preston holds a B.S. in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University and works closely with his brokerage’s in-house marketing and relocation departments. Preston is an active and continual student of the industry, placing high importance on personal development and growth. He consistently works to improve his professional skills and education, having earned numerous certifications and designations. Preston received numerous awards for his productivity and was a guest contributor on American Dream TV.

A lifelong resident of middle Tennessee, Preston resides in Murfreesboro. With a passion for historic preservation, he enjoys working on the 1870’s Greek Revival farmhouse he saved and lovingly restored. Through his efforts, the home known as historic BeesleyOwen-Rowland House was designated a “Tennessee Antiquity” and Preston hosts numerous social, political, and charitable events at the 150-year-old estate. Self-admitted foster failure, Preston is an advocate for rescued dogs, supporting several rescues and has given numerous rescued dogs forever homes.
