Zehnder Group UK Established in 1895 in Switzerland as a motorcycle manufacturer, Zehnder started to focus on products for the indoor climate in the 1920‘s and invented the first steel tubular radiator.

In the 1980‘s Zehnder invented the first ever towel radiator and since then have continued to acquire knowledge and competencies in Indoor Climate Solutions including heating, cooling and ventilation.

Zehnder is a market leading residential ventilation brand supplying low energy, smart ventilation solutions from traditional intermittent extract fans to whole house ventilation with heat recovery.

Zehnder products are currently specified with many of the UK’s top housebuilders and large social housing landlords to provide proactive ventilation strategies that support the well-being of occupants and buildings from the impacts of poor ventilation. The focus on guaranteed installed performance drives the development of products that have simple onsite processes and smart and sophisticated controls that means ventilation works effectively based on its installed environment.

Since its start in 1979, Bisque has had a clear mission - to offer beautiful but practical radiators in the most exciting styles, colours and finishes.

From timeless classics to the latest in energy efficient designs, our radiators can be found in a wide variety of locations from The Shard to Highgrove House. Over the years we have worked with both established designers and up and coming new talent to find the most innovative designs but no matter what the style, good design and quality are paramount. Ventilation

Zehnder Group are committed to supporting the MMC industry In support of the MMC industry with our R&D department we’ve developed a co-ordination manifold that allows easy first to second fix completions.

Our MVHR transportation brackets also allows for our MVHR units to be fitted within your manufacturing plant and transported to site in situ limiting the risk of damage.

The transportation brackets when utilised with anti theft fittings ensures peace of mind on site security.

With regulation changes Zehnder Group can provide product solutions for an evolving market.

Our ComfoCool units when utilised with the Zehnder ComfoAir Q600 will not only provide a ventilated property but also 1.5kW of tempered air. This reduces the risk of non-compliance to TM59.

Our ducting solutions ensures assistance with guaranteed installed performance and enhances the installation. Commonly used in MMC applications.

Low resistance, less connections and increased speed of install are the main attributes for this type of system.

Our commitment also covers waste reduction in packaging. Working with Modular Construction Companies we would reduce the material ensuring safe delivery to premises. Furthermore, with a monthly build programme we’d deliver a clear pipeline of product on a 24hr call off.

PassivHaus is a demanding standard which takes building performance to the highest level. Zehnder ComfoAir MVHR units are certified for use in PassivHaus and deliver world class performance – the perfect partner for energy efficient houses.

Many of the problems encountered with MVHR systems come from poor installation of the ductwork – something which is very difficult to rectify once construction is complete. Zehnder’s range of semirigid ductwork with a reduction of components, limits the risk of air leakage Creating an quieter installation due to low resistance through the system.

Zehnder offers a sophisticated air distribution range, a crucial element within a whole house system. The range includes traditional branched systems as well as more efficient radial systems including manifolds and integrated silencers as space saving solutions. High grade filtration for Passive House and NOx are also part of this range.

The Zehnder ComfoValve Luna supply air valve provides comfortable indoor ventilation. Due to its optimised outflow behaviour (Coanda effect), the valve meets the perfect requirements in terms of comfort and noise, and is rounded off by a discreet, appealing design.

Acoustic Ventilation

Providing discreet, centralised extract ventilation for the whole house. A single loft or cupboard mounted unit extracts humid, stale air from wet rooms and kitchens around the clock. Compliant with System 3 of the Building Regulations.

Our acoustic ventilation range ensures adequate ventilation is provided whilst reducing the transfer of noise. A full range of window and wall ventilators are available including the highest performing product in the UK.

The Zehnder AID100 is an acoustically lined induct 100mm fan. It is ideal for residential applications where the habitable rooms are at risk of overheating, or require purge ventilation due to sealed windows on noise sensitive sites or within a AQMA (Air Quality Management Area).

Humidity and Temperature Control

Our units are designed to reduce the temperature and humidity of fresh air supplied into a dwelling, when combined with our ComfoCool & Comfo post solutions MVHR unit. Creates an ideal indoor environment while reducing CO2 emissions in air-­tight homes.

Examples: Zehnder ComfoCool Zehnder ComfoPost The Zehnder ComfoCool Q600 is an air temperation device designed to help reduce the risk of overheating in homes. It combines with the ComfoAir Q600 and compliments its features to ensure it automatically activates and deactivates to provide a comfortable, healthy and energy-efficient indoor climate.

The Zehnder ComfoPost is an air to water exchanger for use with ComfoWell air distribution connections. The ComfoWell connections allows for selection flexibility, offering a range of rigid circular ductwork or Zehnder ComfoTube semi-rigid ductwork to attached.

The ComfoPost is available in a variety of sizes to heat or cool the air supplied by the Zehnder ventilation system.

The ComfoPost units are suitable for a wide range of airflows up to 166l/s (600m3hr), the CW12 is suitable for airflows up to 166l/s (600m3hr). The units are made of steel with aluminium and copper pipe forming the heating and cooling coils and are maintenance free.
