D IRECTIONS 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a layer of rock salt or kosher salt on a baking sheet to keep the oyster shells stable.

- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan

3. Spoon a generous amount of the spinach mixture onto each oyster, covering the top completely. Make sure the mixture is evenly distributed among all the oysters.

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

4. Arrange the oysters on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are nestled securely in the rock salt to prevent them from tipping over.
