Designed cruise ship and ferry terminal for Vieques Island with the integration of recreational, transportation and food sales areas. The project propose the rehabilitation of a brake-wave, cronstructed for the Navy in the 40’s for the World War II. The project pursue to reduce the travel distance between Vienques and the main island Puerto Rico.

The Medrano office building, located in front of the Domenech train station in Puerto Rico, have 7 floors with a total of 100,000 sqft of medical offices. The main design decision of the project was to provide a public space that connects the train station with the city.

Residential complex comprised of two beachfront buildings with three types of modules (1, 2, and 3 bedrooms) with the challenge of each having ocean views without creating a tower.

Performed site plan and design analysis (drawing and model): access road, parking, elevators, patio and facilities for a pool, and beach access.
