The Vault is a ground breaking vertical village being developed in Trojena, Saudi Arabia, as part of the NEOM project. The Vault will stand 198 meters high, 253 meters wide, and stretch 864 meters in length, covering a total area of 200,000 square meters. It will include over 450 homes, 1,000 hotel rooms across fiveand four-star accom modations, and 13,000 square meters of retail and dining spaces. I was in charge of co-ordination and handling multiple dis ciplines for spa, wellness and public amenity sector of the project. As well as design optimisation and area reduction for the 5 star hotel.

Neoms Ultra Luxury Resort Operated by Marriott Hotels, part of their Signature Collections is a B+G+2 level building. The new LEED certified tourist attraction at the heart of Neom SIndalah Island is around 40,000 sqm in size and houses BOH offices along with accommodations, restaurants and endless lounge, terraces, public spaces. I was in charge of co-ordination and handling multiple disciplines like Landscape, Kitchen & Waste Management, Lighting, Specialist Pool and spa consultant, Signage and ICT/ELV and interdisciplinary coordination with structure, mep and architecture. Other than this I was also involved with BOH/FOH designing and development, ensuring the design matches to the approved render.

K2 Maldives Resort
This resort consists of 50 villas along the stretch of the main island, a back of house for the staff and hotel preparation kitchens and storage spaces, along with several amenities along the different parts of the island to activate the zones within. Also houses 5 other private islands a little further away from the main island. I am involved with the masterplan design and functionality working alongside the principal architect since bidding/ pre-concept & concept stage.I was in charge of co-ordination and handling multiple disciplines like Landscape, Kitchen & Waste Management, Lighting, spa consultant, AOR, and interdisciplinary coordination with structure, mep and architecture. Other than this I was also involved with BOH/FOH designing and development, ensuring client, operator and key stake holder satisfaction.

This is a series of residential towers of 35 floors, mostly involved in the concept development of the project in con junction with the Lead/ Principal architect. I was involved in the plan ning, coordination and feasibility study to ensure the tower is designed to its optimum (keeping in mind Pakistan’s regula tion and zoning require ments).

These residential apartment buildings were done as part of a master plan with EMAAR Dubai, situated in UAE. I started the project in early concept stage and took it to schematic stage. In this project I worked on the master plan general building arrangement, parking plan and facade design for one of the three buildings. I also worked partly on the planning and mep coordination.

This project is located along Egypt’s coast and is only 50m away from the coastline. It features villas, chalets and apartments. I worked on the concept stage of this projectand was mainly part of the floor plans, massing and elevation design.
These stand alone villas are part of a master plan for Dubai Hills Estate. I started the project in concept stage and took it to autority submission and schematic stage. I worked on 5BR villa both small and big types. I also worked on plans, designing on sketchup and solving the technical details for the project.

Located near the coast of Egypt, this project is a serries of 3 mixed use buildings having apartments on the top floors and retail on ground. I started the project in concept stage and took it to schematic development. I worked mainly on the facade design in conjunction with lead designer on sketchup and then took it to schematic stage for modelling it on revit and figuring out the various connections and material details.

These series of villas are part of a masterplan in tilal al ghaf by majjid al futtaim. I started the project in late concept stage and took it to authority, DDA submissions then to schematic/detail design stage. I acted as the lead architect for this project and was in charge of developing the draw ings & figuring out the details for various client submissions. This project was the start to a series of villas for harmony 1, harmony 2, aura 1 and aura 2 - all of which I had developed in conjunction with project manager and junior staff.
These private show villas and non show villas were done as part of a master plan by MAF, located in dubai. I started the project in schematic stage and took it to design development, tender and ifc submissions for architecture. I have also worked on the authorities submission as well as co-ordinating mep, structure and ID. Moreover I also worked on the interior design schematic package including FF&E, RCPs, joinery details etc.

Commercial office building situated in abu dhabi. I started the project in schematic stage and took it to design development. I worked on the curtain wall elevations and schedules and the sections for the architecture package. Also wet area, lobby elevations and enlarged plans for the interior design package. And also the material board.

These residential apartment buildings were done as part of a master plan with Nshama Dubai, situated in Minsk, Belarus. I started the project in pre concept stage with the master plan design and then the building facade design and planning. Facade design was done by myself and the masterplan design was in collaboration with a team member at Nshama.
These residential townhouses were done as part of a master plan with Nshama, located in Townsquare, Dubai. I started the project in pre concept stage with the master plan design and then the facade design and planning. I was also involved in project meetings and coordination with consultant and contractors for this and two other projects similar to it in townsquare.
Sales Center was as part of concept team at Nsha ma Dubai, situated in Minsk, Belarus. I started the project in pre concept stage with the building facade design and planning. Both the facade design & planning was done in collaboration with a team member at Nsha ma & Emaar Dubai.
Using origami as a concept I designed this project in a modular system, where each module is connected to a program and these modules are connected with bridges formed by stretching the form. Also, the modules are sloped to retain the flower like quality of the form instead of adding a slab for the floor. The concept origami helped me in coming up with a form that could be inhabited and by adding deformations I achieved a sense of different experience in each of the spaces. In places where there is a need for a bigger space for the program two modules are connected to form a single space.
