Founded in 1972 Zanetti develops solutions for glass facades, cladding and aluminium windows. Know-how, experience and good management enable the company to work with international consultant offices on challenging projects worldwide.
By having a 360° vision on every single supply, we assist our Clients in all the different phases of the project: from engineering to installation. To Zanetti every detail is important.

Design and Innovation
3D-Modelling and rapid prototyping in the study of new facades
Every project is the result of team work and the use of the most advanced innovative instruments. Our production model integrates parametric engineering and design thinking approach. We constantly develop advanced solutions, new profiles, new systems thanks to 3D modelling technologies and rapid prototyping before the extrusion of profiles and laboratory tests.
We currently have 11 certified systems based on 210 different dies, designed and owned by Zanetti. Thanks to our know-how we are capable to develop, certify and offer a new facade system within 8 weeks.
Production and Installation
Significant investments in automatic machines, as well as in M.E.S. , enable our company to manage the entire production process efficiently. In real time every manufacturing step can be traced, analysed and modified to respect delivery time. Each single component under production or installation is identified, tracked and subjected to severe quality controls in accordance to project requirements.
Our suppliers represent a key element for our value chain; they are perfectly integrated in our organisation creating a system that completely support Clients.
Sustainability
Sustainable development and circular economy
In the past few years Zanetti has adopted an organisational model focused on the achievement of product sustainability. Our technology and innovation are driven by energy saving and performance improvement in order to extend the product life circle and reducing maintenance costs as well.
Thanks to accurate selection and recycling processes today 50% of the aluminium included in our profiles comes from post-consumer recycled material. By 2022 we aim at reaching a percentage of 85% of recycled aluminium in our facades.

Eyes of Tirana
A project characterized by a 130-meter-high tower with 31 stories and a 10-story low-rise building, both fully glazed with external sunshade elements. Double-skin facades and aluminum cladding complete a project that is set to become an icon for the city of Tirana.

2,537 structural cell facades featuring the integration of vertical and horizontal pilasters, section 80x300 mm, covered in a composite panel with a prismatic finish.
ST Tower
An imposing 17-story building, St Tower is an ambitious project featuring curtain walling, aluminum cladding, elegant sunshades, glass parapets, steel structures, and skylights. It’s a project of extraordinary architectural impact that is set to become a true icon in the enchanting setting of Malta.

Life Source
We managed the design, fabrication, and installation of the glazed envelope of the Life Source Hotel, achieving a result of very high performance. A curtain wall featuring painted aluminium transom mullions with triple glazing, considered among the best performing in Italy.

Project mission
The facade, despite its double opening, is able to guarantee sound insulation in rooms of 49 decibels and thermal insulation of 0.82 W/m²k.
Algo

In the Algo Shopping Centre in Lagundo, we created 7,000 m²of exterior aluminium slat cladding, 400 m² of glazed facades , 430 m² of aluminium sheet cladding for the entrance canopies with a steel substructure, and 3,000 m² of interior steel slat ceilings. Noteworthy are the continuous changes in inclination in three directions, and the overlapping of cladding to simulate draping around the building.

The Novoli Headquarters project in Florence is a major urban redevelopment project. ZANETTI Srl will execute the external envelope of the building, consisting in 12.500 m² of unitised facades and 7.300 m² of stick system facades. The project includes also revolving doors, glass and metal balustrades, steel works, combining quality, functionality and sustainability.

Execution of blind unitised facades with the integration of ventilated external cladding by means of jointless smoothed plaster.
Fondazione Prada
New Milan venue of Fondazione Prada. Amazing project with international prestige characterized by special solutions in every single detail. Zanetti is responsible for all glazing facades whose dimensions reach unbelievable limits; the sizes of some glasses are up to 3x6,7 m with 1800 kg weight. Automatic sliding doors integrated in facade with 5x3 m dimension using special motor application concealed in the floor. Facade structures characterized by galvanized steel profiles, double glazing with internal and external safety glass, all with tempered treatment and HST test. Every single layer is based on extra clear glass (low iron) to reach maximum level of transparency, no reflection and colour fidelity. The result in term of glass neutral effect is impressive although the higher thickness of glazing.
The supply is completed by fireproof curtain wall (some of them in double glazing and extra clear glass), glass skylight with external expanded steel mesh and internal perforated aluminium cladding, internal glass partitions, glass balustrade and other special customised items.

High quality residential building in Silicon Oasis area in Dubai able to meet the highest levels of local thermal comfort and safety.
Structural curtain walls, external cladding in pre-painted aluminium sheet, hinged windows and balustrades with reflecting glass distinguish an ambitious project with attention to the smallest details.

Ribbon of Light
Wonderful realization in the heart of Tehran with solutions and materials of the highest quality. Lower floors dedicated to commercial spaces, the central part dedicated to offices and the last two double-height floors for restaurants and ceremonies.
Structural curtain walls with vertical-horizontal sunscreen elements and glass with a selectivity index greater than 2, able to meet architectural requirements.

New DUKA headquarters characterized by special architectural cladding made exclusively of aluminium with the development of custom matrices. Flat, perforated and trapezoidal panels with totally concealed fixing systems thanks to the ZANETTI “JUST CLICK®” system, able to create a beautiful effect of homogeneity and aesthetic compactness. The care and precision in details have been successful in meeting the high quality standards of the client.

Realize the architectural design by providing a metal cladding without any fixing visible from the outside.
BNP Paribas

Supply and installation of unitized facades complete with external aluminium cladding and glazed elements able to create a particularly appreciable design. The project is completed with structural facades on the ground floor, aluminium windows and an upper crown made of prefabricated modules already assembled with aluminium cladding and metal balustrade.

Install the entire façade in 7 weeks, ensuring full respect of architectural design.
New headquarters of a world leader company in laser cutting of tubes, beams and profiles. Supply and installation of ZA52SG structural facades with compact and clean lines.
Great attention was given to the choice of glass with the aim of ensuring high thermal, acoustic and light transmission standards inside the offices.

Unitized facades system characterized by an interesting architectural game between glazed and aluminium mirrors, whit coplanar and overhanging solution compared to the thread of the facade. 19000 m² of facades made whit ZA52MF system with assembly of the frame and fills on site, guaranteeing rapid production and installation. Green facades with marble, wood and glass complete a very prestigious international level project.

Installation of 19000 m² of facades within 6 months.
La Rivera Spa
ZA 52 SG structural glazing facade with integration of ZA RIV aluminium cladding.
To keep same modules along the facades, glasses in front of slab presents special solution where the external sheet is extended by 80 cm compare to inside one. Using control solar glass with combined spandrel colour, the facade assumes a perfect homogeneous architecture with no difference between visible and spandrel modules.
External cladding based on ZA RIV using 2 mm aluminium sheet with anodising treatment.

Most prestigious and valuable project located in the surround-ing of Venice designed by American leading architect Richard Meier. Wide use of customised aluminium profiles for external sun-breakers developing special details and solution to install the modules using concept of unitise system. Many additional items complete Zanetti’s supply: room sliding doors, aluminium balcony partitions, glass balustrades, metal parapets, main entrance, fireproof glass facades, aluminium canopy. Particular attention to guarantee high resistance against hu-midity, corrosion and adverse whether condition in the use of steel, aluminium and glazing.

Hotel Il Sereno

Luxury hotel located on Como Lake with high quality materials and motorized minimal sliding doors with completely retractable threshold.
Each facade and sliding door have been developed with special precautions (perimeter subframes) to ensure their perfect integration with the adjacent elements, such as floors, internal wooden walls and external stone cladding.
Project mission: Motorize 45 minimal sliding doors complete with all-glass corners and 3-way sliding system with integration to the hotel home automation.
Dòlaondes

Ambitious project characterised by combination of high tech materials, exceptional technical performance and internal comfort leaving. Glass facades with 7,4 m net height based on aluminium structure with concealed steel reinforcement and triple glazing with 2,4x4,6 m size and up to 680 kg weight. Mullion profiles are customised for this project with sophisticated air ventilation system to avoid any glass condensation due to high humidity. All glass doors are provided with “ONLY GLASS” effect hiding the profile from outside look and having a perfect homogeneous design with ZA 52 SG structural facade. Copper external cladding using TECU® OXID with brown finishing complete with wooden substructure, OSB panel and breathable UV-resistant membrane.

Major project located in EUR business district in Rome, characterised by excellent performance in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, fire resistance and in terms of high-tech quality design. Curtain walls of ZA_52SG type without any visible external profiles, completed with triple solar control glazing (56 mm thickness) and outward openings based on 44 mm polyamide strips. According to such solutions and materials, the whole curtain wall thermal insulation (Ucw) reaches a value of 0,81 W/m²k that enables the whole building to reach the highest level of European Energy Saving Standards. Supply and installation of aluminium cladding using ZA RIV system with 1250x1500 mm panel module and silver anodising surface treatment.

Building in Via Torino
Redevelopment of the area between via Torino and via Lupetta, 200 meters from the Milan Cathedral.
Structural curtain walls with the application of external profiles covered “tecno ceppo” (stone), 2 cm thickness with concealed fixing. Ventilated facades with special substructures to meet the particular architecture chosen for the building, guaranteeing mechanical strength over time.

Glass dome completely glazed with extraordinary dimension: 41 meters diameter and 21 meters height. Unique project where Zanetti supplies both main structure (steel) and glazing structure (aluminium and glass) using ZA 52 SG structural glazing facade. Structural glazing without any external aluminium cover assuring a perfect rain falling along the dome.
