● Sanded and stained all house decks (front and back) and lower walkway.
● Painted the exterior of the main house and studio
● Repaired exterior fences where necessary.
● Power-washed decks and the house.
● Power-washed driveway and patio pavers.
● Painted the fencing in the backyard area and the front area of the house.
● Planted new plantings in the front and backyard.
● Installed mulch in the front and backyard.
