Azerbaijan, and Indonesia.They compete in different categories. This competition has three categories; Software, Hardware and Digital Content. Each contestant show his/her work and try to impress jury. The duration of the contest is 3-4 days. Infomatrix is not only a competition but also summit of different countries, cultures and races. At the end of competition, great friendship emerges between participants. Therefore to see Infomatrix just as a competition would be dull.
almost 5 months. The students Sereyboth Savoan and Bodyka Heng represented Cambodia. Sereyboth Savoan competed in Software; Bodyka Heng competed in Hardware category. Working after the school was generally hard and frustrating. However students showed enormous effort to understand and to contribute to the projects. In the ceremony, one of the students from our team had no faith of getting any medal. He was just starring to the stage with depressed and shocked eyes. P r e p a r a t i o n s t o o k was priceless. In despite of the
fact that it was our first year, we got bronze medal in each category. This year we are planning to join I n f o m a t r i x a g a i n . We h a v e learned a lot from previous competition. We know that it will be very hard to prepare and got some medals. However we have opened Computer Project Club in Zaman and started to work on our project. The club has students who are very intelligent and keen to work with computers. We hope that every year would be better than previous one and one day we will come back to Cambodia with golden medals. Who knows? Maybe it would be sooner than we expect.
