The Wetlands at Greenpoint

This Foundation Studio based in New York City explored the relationship between the waters edge and three different sites along the east river. My studio partner Emily Ploppert, decided to analze the Greenpoint site in Brooklyn, NY. The site visit informed how we designed the ground floor and how we connected the housing to our community program. The building’s intentional shape was deisgned to be sensitive to the neighborhood and environmental conditions.
