Between the undersigned:
Zakaria Hicham BERADY, born on April 30, 2000, residing at 60 rue Guynemer, 91360 Épinay-sur-Orge, hereinafter referred to as “the Guarantor,” and Tiago Polo, hereinafter referred to as “the Client,” it has been agreed as follows:
Article 1 – Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is for the Guarantor to: ensure the listing and access for eleven (11) people to the party organized by Hassan, to be held on July 16, 2025 in Saint-Tropez
Article 2 – Payment
In return for this service, the Client agrees to pay the Guarantor the total sum of six thousand euros (€6,000). This payment shall be made today, on July 10, 2025.
Article 3 – Transmission of Names
The Client shall provide the Guarantor with the list of names of the persons to be registered.
The Guarantor agrees to forward these names to Hassan in order to secure their access to the event.
Article 4 – Refund Clause
In the event of refusal of access by the organizer or for any other reason preventing the fulfillment of the service, the Guarantor undertakes to refund the full amount received within twenty-four (24) hours from the notification of the issue.
Article 5 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by French law
In case of dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
