Originally from Switzerland, Sissy Rose (Dym) currently lives in Manchester. Since she can remember, she’s always had a passion for fashion and styling, and she has recently started blogging her fashion finds and tips on Instagram. She therefore opened a Gemach in memory of her husband’s of Eastern and Asian dishes but also loves to fuse ‘East with West’. She prides herself on using all-natural products and ingredients, and producing lower calorie food without compromising on flavour.
