Zachary Futterer

Mr. Futterer is a freelance Architectural Designer and Project Coordinator offering remote design services to architects and architecture firms. Currently, he holds remote positions as a Sr. Prj. Coord. with DMZ Architects in Fort Lauderdale (since 2025), and as an Architectural Designer with Altar Group in Houston (since 2023), providing support from DD through CA phases on numerous new projects and tenant fit-outs. He holds 10 years of professional experience working on many small, mid, and large scale projects in the medical, commercial, industrial, transportation, and residential sectors, as well as some work in urban design and site planning.
