Introduccion La administración del riesgo de desastres en las organizaciones actuales, no solo es un deber legal de tener un plan de emergencias, sino que es también una parte estratégica para proteger la vida de los trabajadores, los bienes de las empresas y para mantener la continuidad de las operaciones frente a los eventos negativos (República de Colombia et al., 2021). En sitios de trabajo expuestos a amenazas dinámicas, la vulnerabilidad se reduce drásticamente cuando los brigadistas y los colaboradores desarrollan capacidades de respuesta rápida, articuladas y basadas en evidencia técnica.

En esta cartilla digital se exponen tres escenarios de simulacro detallados y estructurados bajo lineamientos de causalidad y gestión de riesgos: amenaza natural (sismo), amenaza tecnológica (fuga química con conato de incendio) y amenaza social (intrusión violenta con toma de rehenes). Cada ejercicio incluye fichas técnicas, líneas de tiempo narrativas, roles de activación y protocolos de cierre y es una herramienta para auditar el desempeño de las brigadas y transformar las lecciones aprendidas en entornos laborales más seguros y resilientes.
